kpsc doesnot seem to care about candidates who are writing upsc prelims 2013or those who are from far away places as they have scheduled kas interview from 7th i.e., day after tomorrow.only 3 days notice? how ridiculous no doubt there are very less kannadigas clearing upsc.i cant find anything irresponsible and fishy than this. all i feel now is dat these people want to loot money and commit to da candidates who have already paid huge amounts of money.

What are the other advantages and disadvantages of this subject. Kindly help me conclude on this subject. Ms/Mrs. Ashwini your suggestion will be of value for me.

Hello friends, I saw a post which has said a candidate with only 30 marks or so is also selected due to reservation. But article 335 of our constitution says "claims of reservations should not be at the cost of efficacy of administration," so if a candidate with such a least marks is selected, it amounts to compromising efficacy, what do u people think, this can be the grounds for putting case against such unreasonable reservations, do u all think so?

Hi all,
Lots of is already said about materials and such other things. Congratulations Ashvini for the hard work you are putting in.
How to prepare? whether for prelims or mains?
Let me address it.
To begin with lets relate it to a project.
To successfully complete a project we need to follow certain process, i.e
1. Understand the requirement of the customer-Very Basic and most important (Here our customer is KPSC-Syllabus and question papers provide its requirement at large)
2. Implementation: Taking stock of your capabilities in terms of Knowledge, Material, commitment and have a plan to execute the works (study) as per schedule.
3. Monitor and measure- This to be done on regular basis i,e everyday. And, when and if this is not done in any of the project, please understand that the project is doomed.
4. Is the quality maintained? (Quality is defined as- WHAT JUST MEETS THE CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS-IS QUALITY.You can not give Merc-Benz to a person whose requirement is Alto-Maruthi though what you are providing is high end and is expensive)
So people, things are very simple. Please relate this simple thing to the KPSC preparation.
Please do not use the big big words like HARD WORK, SACRIFICE etc.
Read WRITE read WRITE- each day picking up the topic that you have just read.
If this makes any sense to you people i shall elaborate and make it some more simple next time.
Best

Hi all,
No takers for my previous write up.
no issues, let me proceed.
The way you read and comprehend for prelims and mains is very different.
Let me explain;
1. A concept of reading "WHOLE" and comprehending-i.e fully understanding the concepts and this in turn helps you to remember specifics without much of an effort.
2. A concept of reading specifics- i.e awards , winners-Cinema , sports, arts, desi and videsi.
3. A concept of reading "WHOLE" and arriving to "SPECIFICS" and vice versa reading "SPECIFICS" and covering the gamut of "WHOLE" .

for the prelims one need to i emphasize "ONE MUST" adapt the point one and point 2.
My point is simple. when you follow the step one and two and are confident of having understood the concepts, one can be assured that the answering the multiple choice questions becomes easy. When you are conceptually strong, then you are going to pick right answer/s when options are thrown at you. "TRUST ME IT WORKS"
Point 2 i would love to elaborate if points are understood by atleast one soul.
And also i would love to explain about the strategy for "PRELIMS" and "MAINS" ..but this whole thing is making sense to someone or not ---i do not know. I am an ex air warrior. Just like to share few things that i have learnt.

People I thought of writing this in the beginning itself;
This blog is best example of “best of the intention”, “CONVICTION” and “COMMITMENT” From Ms.Ashvini. Congratulations.Thank you.
And the way this has taken shape is amazing.
But, few people (they are everywhere) have mistaken it for a forum to socialize, flirt, gossip and such other silly things. Please stop it and focus. This is “KAS aspirants blog”, there are “n” number of other forums to do those things! Feel free to use them.
Having said that let me ask all of the regulars “DO YOU WANT TO DO THIS” i.e. pass Services exam.
If answer is “yes” then, I will tell you with greater “conviction” that “you will do it”/”you will get it”
But, how one is going to do or get what one wants? Just wishing to do or get is not going to get you what you want.
Whatever you want, that very thing demands that you do certain things to get it.
And here it IS KPSC (KAS posts)
Let me narrate an event that takes place in everybody’s home.
You ask your mother at home for “IDLIS” for the next day’s breakfast.
And next day “invariably” you get “IDLI” with “Sambar” and “Chutney”!!! And please remember that you asked for only “IDLIS” for the breakfast!!!
How did this happen?
Understanding the requirements “unambiguously”
Mother understood your requirements very clearly – you just said “IDLI” but the common sense said that the “sambar” and “chutney” also need to be served.
Plan
Then she take the stock of “materials needed”, “money”, “man power” (labour required- even if it is by her alone) and finally the “know how” (knowledge) of making “IDLI, SAMBAR, CHUTNEY”
For materials –she has plans to buy (a) from market,(b) neighborhood shop, or (c) borrowing from the neighbor.
Implementation/Execution
For the process she plans by categorizing the activities based on (a) Dependent activities-activity “y” can only start when activity “x” is completed (b) Independent activities- where in “x” and “ Y” activities can be performed independently (c) Concurrent activities-where in “x” and “ Y” activities can be done simultaneously.
Consultation/Clarification
At any point in time when she is in doubt she consults an expert among her friends-she does not consult “any” friend.
Monitoring/Measuring
1. Soaking for the right amount of time
2. Grinding/batter with just enough water (neither too watery nor too solid)
3. Fermentation
4. Boiling
5. Salt/chilly/sambar powder
All of these are meticulously checked time and again for their right quantity and the timing.
Serving (presentation)
Next day morning you are served with hot and soft idlis neatly arranged/cascaded in a plate and the bowls of sambar and chutney by the side. Impressive and Mouth watering, right?
“HOW DID THIS HAPPEN”?
Making of idlis go through a “certain Process” of;
• Understanding the Requirement (of the customer-son/daughter/husband) and applying common sense.
• Plan (if she has no plans then “idlis” would never have been served to your satisfaction)
• Execution-As per the schedule –if not done as per schedule no “idlis” again
• Consultation and clarification from the experts- as and when needed
• Monitoring and measuring- Imagine, if this step was missed by your mother what you would have got in place of mouth watering “idli, Sambar, & Chutney”?
• End- A satisfied customer. And a very very happy mother.
So, people let us apply this for the KPSC or any other exam. Don’t you think that the process the mother follows to serve the “idlis” do apply to these examinations?
Yes, that process very much applies. Skip any of the steps that are narrated above and the result is going to be “disastrous”. TRUST ME.
And “how do we do it” – in next write up.
Best.

HOW DO WE DO IT?
Most IMPORTANT is the “ATTITUDE” –what I mean by this is, your frame of mind (Attitude encompasses so many other things). Ask yourselves few questions;
What I want to be?
And when? (this is most important. “what” without answering “when” ex: 2014,2015 is meaningless, of course KPSC time table determines this)
Do I really want to do it?
Do I have it in me to do what it demands of me to do?
If the answer is “EMPHATIC YES WITH TIME FRAME” then you are on the right track.
Next is “APPROACH”- Keep in mind “if you do what you did in the last attempt or do something based on somebody’s experiences, the result is invariably going to be the same”
So, speak to the people who succeeded/failed and attempt to draw your own conclusions that meet the specific requirements of particular examination.
At any point in time you feel your approach is not right then do not hesitate for a moment to change it immediately. (REMEMBER! THERE IS NO PARTICULAR APPROACH OR BOOK OR THE INSTITUTE THAT GUARANTEES YOU THE SUCCESS)
When these two things are clearly understood “you are not too far from getting ‘what you want’ –which is your AIM”.
To win this “WAR” you “NEED” to win the “BATTLES”. (Why used the “WAR” metaphor is –a soldier sweats more in peace so he bleeds less in WAR. For the war- a soldier has a MENTAL CONDITIONING, a PLAN, a STRATEGY, and BACK BREAKING PRACTICE)
The “BATTLES” you need to win are;
Win over the Temptations of - entertainment (TV, CINEMA, OUTING, SHOPPING, PARTYING, FRIENDS etc), Gatherings, Festivals, Jatre, Friends marriage, Friend’s friend marriage, even your own marriage (use phone or internet to say “kabul Hai” ) –LEARN TO SAY unambiguous “NO” a big “NO” an “EMPHATIC NO” to all these things and all these people. Otherwise these become your “ANCHORS” WHICH WONT ALLOW YOU TO “go forward”
Let me assure you that “THIS ONE SIMPLE WORD “NO” makes you feel so good that you must experience it by doing it. As a personality you feel “good” (that you have “that thing” in you to take “tough calls”) and feel good factor brings the “confidence” and “confidence” is always “always” followed by “SUCCESS”
Do not, I repeat “do not” use CERTAIN WORDS- such as;
1. “CAN NOT” (because “CAN” speaks about the ability- but you are very much able bodied person, aren’t you?), Always say “I CAN”
2. Another word “TRY”- do not use it - by saying “TRY” you are opening two doors for yourself i.e “YOU MAY DO IT OR YOU MAY NOT”.
3. Do not use “Ifs” and “buts”- they are the dangerous words.
Win over the temptation of becoming “GOOD PERSON” TO EACH AND EVERYBODY.
Win over the temptation of “GATHERING NOTES, BOOKS etc” You don’t need many.
People, “IDANNU ONDU “TAPASSU” ANTA TREAT MADI, HEGE TAPASSIGE KULITA VYAKTHI TANU ONDE DHYANADALLIDDU TANNA UDDESHA POORTI AAGUVAVAREGE MELELUDILLAVO HAGE” I call it “SINGLE POINT PROGRAM”
Let the preparation become your “entertainment, friend, marriage, festival etc..
“COMMIT” TO YOURSELF AND COMMIT INFRONT YOUR LOVED ONES, IT WORKS WONDERS. “NANU OMME COMMIT AADRE NANNA MATU NANE KELOLLA” ANNO MATANNA JAPA MADI. CINEMADDADRU TUMBA MEANINGFUL AAGIDE.
Then you see that you would win this “war” so effortlessly.
I ASK, IN FACT I “DEMAND” THAT YOU GIVE YOURSELF THIS BLOODY ONE YEAR FROM YOUR LIFE. And I “guarantee” you that “NO FORCE ON THIS EARTH CAN STOP YOU GETTING WHAT YOU WANT”
Right “ATTITUDE” AND “APPROACH” are the most “IMPORTANT” INGREDIENTS OF YOUR SUCCESS, SO PLEASE DO NOT IGNORE THIS. When you are in doubt about it tell me about it. I shall make it more clear.
Best

HOW DO WE DO IT- 2(1)
In the last write up I missed a very important question that need to be addressed to yourselves, which is;
WHY DO YOU WANT TO DO IT?
Because answer to this question determines the “PASSION” that you have in you to take this up and complete.
Being “PASSIONATE” about something is very important so that
“You enjoy doing it”
“YOU DO EVERYTHING IN YOUR “POWER” AND BEYOND IT TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE TASK TO COMPLETING IT”
“THE PASSION” IN YOU MAKES YOU TO DO IT “PERFECTLY”. TO MAKE IT PERFECT YOU WOULD NOT LEAVE ANY STONE UNTURNED”
“AND THE COMPLETED WORK IS GOING TO GIVE YOU UNPARALLELLED SATISFACTION”
Ex:” YOU WANT” to watch a movie “First day First show” of your favorite actor/actress, And, people check for yourselves “INVARIABLY YOU HAVE ENDED UP WATCING IT” !!
How did that happen?
Your “WANT” was unambiguously defined – and you “chart out” an action plan with alternate plans for “money”,” Tickets”, “conveyance”, “snacks”, “lunch/dinner” –Though “Your want” was only a “MOVIE” but you do other things to make it a beautiful experience. Right?
Coming back to my missed question - WHY DO YOU WANT TO DO IT? If answer is;
• “MY PARENTS/PEERS WANT ME TO DO IT” SO I AM DOING
• “MY FRIENDS ARE DOING IT”
• “I DON’T KNOW”
Then you really need to give a second thought. Do “what you want”, where your “passion” lies. Otherwise the product would not be the “BEST” and in any “competition”, the best grabs the honours.
And, the people who want to do it for other reasons than the above reasons e.g. Power, Societal status, Helping people, Achievement, etc.
“YOU HAVE A WONDERFUL DRIVING FORCE” Just do it.
Best

HOW DO WE DO IT- 2(2)
Coming back to my missed question - WHY DO YOU WANT TO DO IT? If answer is;
• “MY PARENTS/PEERS WANT ME TO DO IT” SO I AM DOING
• “MY FRIENDS ARE DOING IT”
• “I DON’T KNOW”
Then you really need to give a second thought. Do “what you want”, where your “passion” lies. Otherwise the product would not be the “BEST” and in any “competition”, the best grabs the honours.
And, the people who want to do it for other reasons than the above reasons e.g. Power, Societal status, Helping people, Achievement, etc.
“YOU HAVE A WONDERFUL DRIVING FORCE” Just do it.
Having said that, let me take you to other face of the sphere of your frame of mind;
In this “competition” there are people;
• Who are working (Financially Independent)
• Who worked and accumulated enough money to take care of the expenses. (Financially Independent)
• Who are financed by –Parents, guardians, caretakers, sponsorers, loans etc. (Financially dependent)
Here, certain money is spent on you (Sources are shown above)
And if you were engaged in certain “business” , job etc in place of “studying” for this competition or continued doing what you are/were doing, wouldn’t you be earning “some” money? Or progressing in terms of financial benefits? Because you all are “able bodied” persons, and I am confident that you would have started something in that time.
But, you are “preparing yourselves” for a competition to fulfill your “WANTS”, “PASSION”. And for that money is spent and a component of “OPORTUNITY LOST” gets added to it!
So, people let’s say – Rs 500/- is your average expenditure for a day (rent, coaching, books, food, cloths)
And, Rs. 500/- that you would have earned (I am keeping it minimal which a skilled (that’s you are skilled) labor earns.
So, a total of Rs.1000/- per day is the investment on you.
When I pay a “labor”/”worker” a wages of Rs.1000/- I demand to know the works that he has done at the end of the day. I pay him only when the assigned work in the morning or previous evening is completed. Otherwise the worker doesn’t get paid- its as simple, right?
Here two things happen-
(1) A specific work is “ASSIGNED” in the previous evening-Its well planned.
(2) At the end of next day I “MEASURE” the completed job. If I am satisfied then the worker gets paid!
So, people, what’s happening in your case? Rs. 1000/- is invested on you every day!
Who is “ASSIGNING” the job?
Who is “MEASURING” completed work?
Who you are “ANSWERABLE” TO?
Your Parents/Guardians? No way that they are going to do it. Then who else in this world would want to do that? A person on the street?
NO, THERE IS NOBODY. YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN.
• Its you who are going to “ASSIGN” work for yourselves in the previous evening/night
• Its you who are going to “MEASURE” and make sure that the assigned work is “ACCOMPLISHED”
• Its you who are going to pay that wages to yourselves “only if you are satisfied”
So, people. Do you think I am burdening you by demanding to know “WHAT HAS BEEN DONE TODAY” for the money I paid? No, I am very much within my right to know it. May be parents won’t do it.
So, “DEMAND” the answer from yourselves – “ASSIGN” , “DO”, “COMPLETE” AND FINALLY “MEASURE” Every day? Because you are getting paid every day.
So do the “justice”, take this one as “DRIVING FORCE” NOT AS “BURDEN” (because I am yet to see A parent who is complaining about their kids who are competing for years!!!)
Best

HOW DO WE DO IT- 3
People, my attempt here is to “CONDITION YOUR MINDS” for the “task “in hand.
“CHANGE” the thought process.
In general what happens is;
• You are asked to read some books-you read them
• You are asked to write-then you write
• You are asked to “mug up” and you do that (NO DISRESPECT INTENDED TO THE PEOPLE WHO HAVE ADVISED YOU)
• Without you realizing about it, you get in to the “madness” of collecting “notes” after “notes”! “Books” after ” books”
• And by the time you realize that you have slipped, its already “TOO LATE”! 2-3 years gone in drain.
• So, what one does? “NEXT TIME”!!!!! Not a pleasant story to hear.
So what one does?
“Syllabus” and “question Papers”
• “Syllabus” tells you the “specific” requirement that you need to cover and study of any given subject. (also you need to use your common sense” to understand the possible deviations)
• “Question papers” provide you the “Way of approach” to study the matters in the syllabus.
Knowing “syllabus” and “question papers” by heart will not hurt you. Please remember them.
For Ex: lets start with general studies;
Geography, Polity (including Constitution), Economics and History form the major part of these papers.
Though pattern is not announced - these four subjects are not going to be thrown out of the window.
So, can you attempt to digest these four subjects (pillars) till you are confident to answer most of the things effortlessly? Like an “automated Function”
EX: KATTALE IRALI, BELAKE IRALI, MALE IRALI, GALI IRALI – OOTADA TUTTANNA TEGEDUKONDA KAI TUTTANNA NIMMA BAYIGE IDUTTE! (A TOTAL AUTOMATED FUNCTION)
It did not come to you by “birth”, but, as a child you have “mastered” it with “N” number of “ATTEMPTS” and then you have standardized and then automated it. (if you do not believe what I say, just have a look at a child that begins its attempts to eat something)
My simple point here is “why cant we reach a stage of “automated function” to reproduce / answer the questions from the above “pillar” subjects”?
It can simply be done, and it is done by many. You can safely say that;
• Whoever has succeeded has followed this strategy
OR
• Whoever has done this has “succeeded” (I like this sentence than the above and I believe that is the truth)
People, start with these four subjects with “aim” of making the “reproduction/answering” an “automated function” to any question from these subjects. About the study materials and many other things Ms Ashvini has covered very elaborately.
Then “you will be left with sufficient time” for the review of current affairs and General awareness.
Ex: Nothing should stop you from “reproducing, persons involved in, and the events of KARNATAKA EKIKARANA MOVEMENT chronologically at any given time of the day / night.
By publishing the notification “nothing really changes in “Geography, History, Fundamentals of economics, polity, and constitution” so why not automate our answers to these “pillar” subjects?
Happy “automation”

HOW DO WE DO IT- 4
How to read for prelims (Though there is not much difference in reading, but, there is difference in “Comprehending”, “retention”, “reproduction” of the “content” and preparation for “presentation”)
Here reading “whole” and “arriving” to specifics after completely understanding the “concept” is very important.
And this needs “multiple reading” of same “topic”
Let me narrate a story to drive home my point;
A good person is taken by “yamaraja” and “yamaraja” is not willing to send this good person directly to “heaven” due to some of the misdeeds of the good person.
So, “yamaraja” wishes to give the good person a choice to choose between “hell” and “heaven”, so Yama takes the good person on tour.
First comes “hell”! there, our good person witness that some of the very old persons dancing and spending good time with Some of the beautiful persons that our good person has seen in his/her life.
Lo, good person is excited and says to Yama that he/she be sent in there. Yama warns him/her that it is “hell”, but, good person won’t listen, so he/she is sent to that room the ”hell”.
To the shock of the good person he/she was asked to live in the company of the older and not so pleasant characters!
Our good person is agitated, and questions Yama, why? The company of beautiful/pleasant persons to those old people? and the company of older and not pleasant characters to him/her.
Yama says, I gave you a choice, and also I warned you.
You knew it was hell and you should have given a second thought before making such a decision “THEN YOU WOULD HAVE UNDERSTOOD VERY CONCEPT OF THE EVENTS THAT YOU HAVE WITNESSED – BY JUST GIVING A SECOND THOUGHT YOU WOULD HAVE UNDERSTOOD THAT IT IS NOT THE COMFORT GIVEN TO OLD PERSONS BUT THE PUNISHMENT TO THOSE YOUNGER PERSONS”!!!!
So, people here is the lesson in it for you. The more you read (same topic) the “cob webs” are sure to be cleared in subsequent readings and the concepts are going to be crystal clear, which you will never forget in your life.
You need to read, re read, consult, clarify, and refer to get to the core of the “concept” Which is whole essence of your work. Otherwise you would end up in…. 
So when concepts are very clear “your brain relates the “specifics” (date/person/place,etc) related to that subject”, and in the exam (Prelims) when “options” are thrown at you, then you are sure to pick the right answer/answers (if there is more than one answer).
Vice versa- If you read only specifics- imagine the quantum of efforts you need to put in to remember those specifics-Very “DIFFICULT” of course “not impossible”
Ex: “tropical Cyclones”- By reading whole “you shall learn-what is cyclone, how it is formed ,why only during the months of “August to November”, how they are known across the world-e.g. Typhoon. Hurricane, wily wily., what is naming convention of cyclones e.g. Phailin, Haiyat etc, Why they weaken after land fall… so on. So by reading multiple times, whole concept of “cyclone” is very clear to you. And you will be able to pick right answer or set of answers when options are thrown at you.
Imagine if you had to remember these specifics by “just mugging up”, very “difficult task”
It applies to every subject that you read- History I am not very sure
(here it is not necessary for you to worry about the way “you are going to articulate, formulate, and present your answer” because set of answers are provided to you, and when you are “conceptually strong” you will pick up the right answer. Be assured about it. And this is the major difference for reading same thing for “prelims” and “mains”)
People please read “whole”, don’t “adapt shortcuts” no shortcuts here. Otherwise it will cut short your “AIM”.

HOW DO WE DO IT- 4
MY STRATEGY-1 of 1
I have scored 234 in Prelims and 972.5 in Final (Mains+Int)-(I have Served in Indian Air force for 20 years)
“STARTEGY” – A PLAN TO ACHIEVE DESIRED GOAL USING THE AVAILABLE RESOURCES “EEFECTIVELY” AND “EFFICIENTLY”
I started by analyzing (only scores and qualifying marks of prelims) of “previous 10 examinations of UPSC and 7 of KPSC and that revealed that 60-65% of score was good enough to “qualify” for the MAINS. And in those attempts there was no one who scored 100%!
In KPSC 2011 prelims the eligibility “bench mark” is around 232/400 (cut off) for a particular category, rest of the “cut offs” are below this. Max score is around 300/400 (may be more).
These score suggested that there is no “one individual who knew answers for all the questions” out of around hundreds of thousands of aspirants that appeared. And this is the case in almost all the examinations!
So, inferences I drew here are;
1. Its not possible to answer all the questions.
2. Its not required to “really answer all the questions” (Only Prelims).
3. Its not possible to cover the “syllabus” 100%.
4. Each “qualifier” is very “strong” in one or the other subject and is very weak in some.
5. People of sl no. 4 above have worked hard but utilized their resources very smartly to be in the band of qualifying marks.
6. Can be many more- “you infer” and let me know.
Question is “HOW DO I ARRIVE AT THE QUALIFYING BAND? (e.g. 240 AND ABOVE WILL SURELY QUALIFY OR ANY SUCH OTHER FIGURE)
Difficult question to answer.
But these things must not prevent us from “preparing” ourselves for 100% score.
And whoever is “strong” in each of the topics of syllabus must attempt to get that elusive 100% score.
I fall in the category 4 of the above inferences and I arrived to the following conclusions
1. Atleast 50 questions go unanswered by everyone or
2. Wrong answers are given by the candidates to Atleast 50 questions or
3. Knew the answer but marked the wrong answer to Atleast 50 questions or
4. Did not get enough time to mark answer to Atleast 50 questions or
5. Decided to “skip” the selected 50 questions from the topics that they were weak.
Contd...

MY STRATEGY-2 of 1
My self assessment and “work to be done” were;
1. I was very weak in all the “pillar” subjects e.g. Geography, Polity (including Constitution), Economics and History- I had to strengthen them. There was no way for me to “SKIP” them. So I did it.
2. I had to train my “mind” and “Body” to sit tight in the library for 12 hours a day, and I did it.
3. I had to train my mind to “memorise” the things; it was much more difficult for me due to my age and the “time gap” that I had left the academics. But, i could do it to my satisfaction. It was not easy, but I persisted.
4. News papers and magazines was not a difficulty but, the way I read them in last 25 years and the way I had to read for the exam was totally different (approach), so I learned it from my young friends in the library (Dr Vishnuvardhana Library in MC layout Bengaluru).
5. I had to adapt to the demands of “new Task” and I did it well with a great help from my young friends.
And now coming to the part of skipping, it was easy for me; for ex.
• Whatever I did “I WAS NOT ABLE TO MEMORISE THE AWARDS –sports, Nobel, Cinema, etc” –Not the major portion of “questions”, so, I added them to the “to be skipped 50 questions”
• Aptitude; same again , “I added them to the “to be skipped 50 questions”
• Ancient History (India & Karnataka), I put in great efforts” but result was unsatisfactory” , so I added them to the “to be skipped 50 questions”
So, when I calculated the no of questions from skipped portions that appeared in the previous examinations “questions from the skipped portion was not even close to 25 questions”
With this “my confidence grew” and decided what not to read, because the amount of efforts I was putting in to memorize them and the unsatisfactory result was pulling my “confidence” down each day. But when I decided “what not to do” I was very confident, and in the end it worked for me.
THINK ABOUT IT- AND REMEMBER “IT’S MY STRATEGY”! – IN ANY WAY I AM SUGGESTING THAT YOU ADAPT THIS STRATEGY- LET ME KNOW
Best.

Correction:
Heading “HOW DO WE DO IT- 5” instead Of “HOW DO WE DO IT- 4”
And in the last Sentence; I MISSED “NOT”
THINK ABOUT IT- AND REMEMBER “IT’S MY STRATEGY”! – IN ANY WAY I AM NOT SUGGESTING THAT YOU ADAPT THIS STRATEGY- LET ME KNOW ABOUT YOUR THOUGHTS ON IT.
