Even before seeing the key answers of paper 2 and waiting for results Have feeling that will not make it to mains. Anyways its hard to accept failure when you work hard and result is against you. But time is the best healer available in this whole world I guess. Failure is not falling down , but not willing to get up again is Big Failure, as someone has said... i was looking up to 180 but looks like i wont reach more than 150. cut off will be definitely less but i think it will not be below 150 for sure.

HI Ashwini how are u? firstly i would like to congratulate on ur son arrival and his name is very nice , when i asked u about women aspirants i was in the same position now my son is 4 yrs old but m working in a private firm, making some little time in between i wrote exam this time, after looking at key answers felt bad. but other aspirants don loose heart and lets have more discussion and crack it for next time.

To calculate your marks :
count no of correct answers
count no of wrong answers
X=multiply no of correct answers by 2 because each question carries 2 marks.
Y=multiply total no of wrong answers by 0.5 as 1/4th of 2 marks is 0.5
subtract above values of X and Y i.e X-Y =your total marks.
**Key Answers published by KPSC are correct for the following:
1>Cotton fabric- UK only
2> Agriculture and services- Uruguay
3>charter Act 1813 - Option A is right
4>Trysem,IRDP- option given by kpsc is right.
5> Prithvi -II missile- Both 1 & 2 are correct..key answer provided by Kpsc is right.
**Key answers to be Revised:
1>Amir khusro -option 4 is the work of Amir khusro(Mifrah-us-Futuh)
2> Train - 6hrs 21 mins is the correct answer.

Forget about cutoff and start studying further for mains. Cutoffs are very subjective and unpredictable. Dont waste ur precious time

One just cannot predict cutoff this year bcoz of two reasons. Firstly negative marking which should reduce the cutoff compared to previous year's n secondly with 371 J anything can happen as there maybe large variations. So what I personally suggest is study as if u will clear d exam rather than wasting tym abt cutoffs

@Regarding 2016 exam we cant say until this years is completed.As of now looks like current recruitment will be completed as planned and can hope for 2016 ... anyways we will have to prepare constantly without waiting for notification...
