Motivation...

Failing to plan means planning to fail. What are your goals?

Preparing for Administrative exams is long process, it does not end with 2 or 3 months.
In this lengthier journey, one needs to be charged always. some times it happens that just tend to be low and stop studying for many days, and regret latter for the wasted time. There are a lot of people who are working and studying for the exams. So how to be focused... is a difficult Question to answer, as it depends on one's own mental strength and the personal things going on in their life.

Whatever it is if you really want to succeed in this and do good for the society, forget about rest of the problems and engage yourself with the like minded people, say People who are serious in taking up this exams and pass on their own ability (not depending on the finance stuff),Take regular breaks while studying.
Avoid -ve people. and its very good if avoid telling most people that, u r taking up this exam. Like i did a mistake and i used to get demotivated because of that.
